Now Hiring - Automation Sales Engineer in Hamilton, OH

Sales Engineer needed with a background in industrial automation. Looking for someone who is familiar with Robot Integration and Custom Machinery. This job requires trave and salary will be based on experience.

Bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience

Technical background and experience in automation and/or robotic sales is a plus.

Proficient in computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook. QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required

This position requires work in an office setting but frequent travel via vehicle and air is required to visit customer sites resulting in approximately 50-60% travel.

• Develop, build, and maintain B2B relationships with current and potential customers.
• Attend and effectively represent at conferences and/or trade shows as assigned.
• Maintain customer list with all pertinent information, proposals, orders, and communications. This includes contact names, phone numbers, addresses, email/phone communications, proposals, purchase orders (PO), issues, etc.
• Regularly visit key customers with whom has had long standing relationships. Endeavor to obtain information from important customers on the latest business and production status, business plans for the next one to two years, future investment plans, etc. Listen carefully to customers' problems and improvement requests.
• Qualify sales leads and provide quotations and project proposals to customers for engineering solutions.
• Acquire customer's finished products necessary for developing robot systems and arrange the delivery of customer's products.
